Welcome to WeVolution Off-Grid
On 74 off-grid acres just outside Tombstone, Arizona, WeVolution Off-Grid is a working family homestead. We raise Bresse chickens, pork, and lamb, and we’re building our own off-grid home as we go. WeVolution blends revolution and evolution: the way we’ve changed our lives, and hopefully the lives around us, by living off the grid.
Our dogs came out of this life. On our off-grid homestead we needed dogs we could count on: loyal, intelligent, hardy dogs to protect our livestock, manage the land, and keep us company in a rugged desert. We couldn’t find the right ones, so we started breeding our own.
American Akitas are our loyal personal protectors and family companions. Cardigan Welsh Corgis, under our High Lonesome’s kennel name, are our smart, sturdy herding companions. Great Pyrenees are our livestock guardians, watching over our chickens, pigs, and lamb day and night.
Our dogs live in our home, every litter is born here, and our health-tested parents are chosen for temperament, resilience, and purpose.

Our puppies have gone to homes all over the country. Most of our families live in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Here is how families get their puppy:
